You’ve found it!

After all of your looking – on line, open houses, touring with your Realtor – you have found your dream home. Getting a home inspector to investigate possibly your largest investment is an easy decision.

But what should you expect from a home inspection?

There is a big difference in what different home inspectors offer.  You need "A home inspection the way it should be".

Home we inspected

A Home Inspection should be...

Custom - No two properties are the same and not everyone needs nor wants the same home inspection.  A rehabber in Chicago needs a different inspection than a family in Schaumburg. we offer different types of home inspections so you can get the inspection that fits YOUR individual needs.

Educational– While we do take the time to inspect your home thoroughly, we also take the time to explain the findings so that you fully understand your property’s condition. Our home inspection reports are easy to read (computer generated) and customized with digital pictures of your new home. When finished, you should have a better understanding of the systems of your home and how they operate. Your report can be your home reference manual to refer to as needed. If you have any questions before, during or after the inspection, just ask.

Guaranteed– It’s simple, really. You should be completely satisfied with your inspection. Attend the inspection. If you are not satisfied with our efforts, tell your inspector before you receive your report and we will make it right or you don’t pay.

Thorough– No matter which of our inspections you choose, your home inspection will cover all of the details that are important to YOU. We schedule a maximum of two clients per day so that we can spend the necessary time to complete your home inspection the way it should be.

Helpful – We will do everything we can to help you through the inspection process. From the inspection agreement, the inspection itself, understanding your report and answering every question you may have – we work for you and we do not forget that. You may call with any question or for any reason at any time. If we do not have the answer for you right away, we can call on the more than 20,000 members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspector (InterNACHI) who we can ask any question 24/7 and generally have an answer in a couple of hours.

Unbiased - We have no incentive to report anything other than the actual condition of your property. We only do home inspections and do not offer repairs or referrals for any issues that may be found. We do not work for the Realtor – even if they referred us to you. We work only for you and do everything we can to make the home inspection process as easy for you as possible.

As you may have seen on our About Us page, 2020 has really been a year of reflection.  As such we have added one more thing that a home inspection should be...

A Home Inspection should also give back to the community.  Ok, the inspection can't, but the company should.

We offer discounts to our front line heroes, as well as donations to a charity that you pick from.
