An interior inspection is included with our STANDARD Home Inspection and above.

It includes walls, ceilings and floors; steps, stairways, balconies and their railings; countertops, installed cabinets, doors and windows; and garage doors and garage door operators. We will also report visible signs of water and moisture penetration into the building or signs of condensation on building components.

Please note that we cannot inspect what we cannot see.  Besides walls and floors, personal items, furniture and other things may hinder your inspectors ability to access some areas of the home.
