CONDO / TOWNHOUSE Inspection
Our CONDO/TOWNHOUSE inspection is less expensive than our house inspections, because, generally, a homeowners association is responsible for the exterior (siding, roof, gutters, grounds, etc) and these items are NOT a part of inspections for these types of properties.
When purchasing a property governed by an association, we recommend that you and your attorney review minutes of association meetings, by laws and inquire about special assessments that may be forthcoming for maintenance or repair of items the association is responsible for.
